1. 1 cup flour. 4. 1 teaspoon ginger.
2. 1/2 cup butter. 5. 1 teaspoon baking powder.
3. 1 cup sugar. 6. Fruit.
Rub butter amongst flour and baking powder until like bread-crumbs. Add ginger and sugar. Put fruit in a pie dish, cover with the above mixture and bake in a medium oven.
