Managing Sweat

Excessive sweating is uncomfortable to deal with, especially when you have to change your clothes after every few hours or wipe your hands every time you have to greet a person. Here are some guidelines to deal with it: drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Take sage leaf tea. Eat foods rich in calcium such as yogurt. Eating watermelon is an exquisite idea since it is a good source of fiber and water. Take raw olive oil because it works well with your digestive system.
