Most of them are still full even at four in the afternoon. This is usually a good sign. The hotel personnel are warm and friendly, they will smile at you as soon as you walk in. They are full house, sometimes you have to share the table with someone else. These are some of the signs to look out for next time you're craving for a bite and are in search of a quality joint.

Excessive sweating is uncomfortable to deal with, especially when you have to change your clothes after every few hours or wipe your hands every time you have to greet a person. Here are some guidelines to deal with it: drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Take sage leaf tea. Eat foods rich in calcium such as yogurt. Eating watermelon is an exquisite idea since it is a good source of fiber and water. Take raw olive oil because it works well with your digestive system.

Foods that are great for slimming

Take coffee or tea before or during meals to help you feel full quicker, both are known to be appetite suppressants. Oatmeal has concentrated dose of soluble fiber, which creates a feeling of fullness. Eating a bowl of broth soup before a meal consumed fewer calories than those served other appetizers. An apple a day not only keeps the doctor away, it also keeps hunger at bay. People also eat fewer calories when cayenne pepper is added to their tomato soup compared with those who eat
non-spiced soup. Sweet potatoes contain a special type of starch that resists digestive enzymes, making them stay in your stomach longer and therefore keep you full.

Quality food is always expensive

There are many upmarket restaurants in Kenya. Most of them are located in leafy suburbs. They are usually huge and most times they are outdoor. There is a combination of unique architecture, exotic decor and most importantly you will never miss some form of artwork. All these greet your eyes once you walk in. The waiters are very warm and even the managers are always down to earth. All these sounds great except for one thing, the price!!! Their foods are always pricey. These results in many people opting to keep away from these establishments. What we fail to realize is that quality food is always expensive. Instead of running away from them, let us run to them, because you can't risk gulping cheap food down your throat.

Spanish Beef Stew

Stewing is one of the most common methods of cooking meat. As such, the taste is almost predictable because we prepare it in the same way. But there are ingredients that you can use to make an extraordinary meat stew. Cooking chocolate makes velvety and serves as a thickener. It gives it a completely different taste from any stew you have ever tasted.

Cooking Tips

To ensure that meat becomes tender, do not boil because this toughens the meat. Simmer it instead.
You may use cheaper cuts of meat to prepare stew as long as you cook them for a long period to allow them to soften.
Use as little water as possible to retain the flavour

Going Traditional

It's a small wonder why our grandparents managed to live for so long. It wasn't luck, it was, believe it or not, food. Yes food, ladies and gentlemen, I mean finger licking traditional food. I'm talking about, cassavas, arrow roots, yams and everything else. These foods are what most of us take for granted. So why don't we give these traditional foods a try, shall we?
